About Deep Síxty
Deep Síxty is a 20 year old Dj/Producer and co-founder of DeepinRhythm Productions. He produces across the board styles of house music, from deep and soulful to uplifting Afro.
Producing for just on 3 years since 2007, he soon realized that in order to take his music further he would have to get into the DJ game. Driven by a love for music for as long as he can remember, he regularly DJ’s around Soweto and Johannesburg’s central pub and club scene, all the while refining his production talents.
He was chosen as a participant for the Red Bull Music Academy 2010 in London and while there, produced the electrified soul-infused ‘Rocking All Night’ alongside the acclaimed Robin Hannibal. Released on "Various Assets Not For Sale" by the Red Bull Music Academy, the track shows that Deep Síxty is set to be one of South Africa's youngest prolific producers.
