    After much speculation, seasoned driver Nick Heidfeld will make his return to F1 racing in place of Robert Kubica at Lotus Renault after the Pole’s recent rallying crash in Italy ruled him out of the drive. “I would have liked to come back to Formula One in different circumstances,” said Heidfeld, Kubica’s former team-mate at BMW, “but I’m proud to have been given this chance.”
