MotoGP, Rookies Cup, wakeboarding, ice hockey and soccer... Oh my! It's been another busy weekend for Red Bull athletes...

Stoner Gets An Easy First At The Czech Grand Prix

MotoGP rider Casey Stoner reigned victorious at the Czech Grand Prix in Brno as he extended his World Championship lead to 32 points. His only challenger throughout the race was fellow Red Bull athlete and Honda team mate Dani Pedrosa. However, the Spaniard slid off on lap three shortly after taking the lead and Stoner was able to easily clinch victory.

“Looking at the Championship and the points it has been a great day, putting race wins together that is what you have to do but it is not easy at all,” explained Stoner. “We struggled all weekend to get the bike close to feeling right and it was only at the end of practice that things started to come together. I was pretty worried going into the race about how competitive we would be.”

Bruce Irons Makes A Meaningful Return
Hawaiian surfer Bruce Irons made a heartfelt return to the Billabong Pro Tahiti tournament as he took to the waves on his late brother’s board.

The wildcard entrant made a rare competitive appearance at the venue where his late brother, three-times ASP Men's World Champion, Andy, remains defending champion having won there in 2010. Bruce rode one of Andy's boards and logged up some tube-time in his opening heat, before being eliminated in Round 2.

"I haven't been to Tahiti for a few years, you know it's just nice to be out here,” said Bruce. "I came here to surf this contest, cause my brother would want me to do that. Whether I win or lose is another thing, it's no longer the end of the world. I just try to have fun, that's what it's all about.”

Stuart Broad Leads England To Victory Over India
Red Bull-baced England cricket star Stuart Broad led England to a stunning victory over old rivals Inadia as he took six wickets in the match at Edgbaston. England's mammoth first innings score of 710 for seven declared put paid to any chance of India winning the penultimate Test in the four-match series.

The win means that England move ahead of India in the ICC World Rankings and although Broad had a quieter match than of late, the Nottinghamshire paceman picked up six wickets, which means he now has 21 wickets in the series, with the last Test at The Oval to come next week.
