Born in Zaire, Junior (also called Buana) came to France when he was five, and that’s where he met up with friends who taught him the basis of Break Dancing. He developed a style made of power and an expertise of equilibrium in any kind of positions, which gives him a perfect sustain to execute a wide variety of moves.
Junior met with Break Dance in Paris in 1997 and immediately knew he found the passion that would decide of the rest of his life. Along the year 1998, Junior took Break Dance lessons, rapidly improving and crafting his own style.
In 2000, he won the 1st prize at the Breizh team Battle (Brittany Championship), and right after, he won the Break Dance French Championship, in a duet, with Bruce Chiefare.
In 2001, Junior met and integrated the famous Wanted Posse, with whom he won the Break Dance French Championship, as a team, and the notorious Battle Of The Year: Wanted Posse being the first French crew to win this legendary title…
After that, Wanted Posse decided to open a new chapter and explore the creative possibilities. The result is called “Bad Moves”, a piece that have been performed more that 120 times all around the world (Australia, Canada, Japan, Sweden, Italy, Senegal…)
Following those steps, in 2006, Junior and the Wanted Posse proposed a new piece called “Transe”, which undeniably pushed the cross over between Break and Modern dance to high grounds…
