On 2 February an official launch was held at the Rosebank venue, Moloko, where guests were entertained by the trial-biking antics of Red Bull athlete Brian Capper, and Kamalio, the South African Red Bull Street Style champion before Ishmet Davidson, General Manager of the Independent Newspapers Cape welcomed friends and colleagues to the launch of the latest addition to their family of newspapers.

Renowned DJ’s Kenzhero, Dj Switch and Culoe De Song performed throughout the evening including SAMA award winning DJ, Black Coffee.

Guests included Red Bull athletes, Sifiso Nhlapo, Kerim Fitzgerald, Olympic long jump silver medallist  Khotso Mokoena as well as some of Johannesburg’s local media who got to be part of the launch of the first edition of the South African Red Bulletin.

The magazine has been launched internationally and is currently distributed in a monthly circulation of over two million copies in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Austria. This is a huge coup for both Red Bull South Africa and the Independent Newspaper Group.
