DJ Redwood is a DJ turned musician, his instruments being hismouth (beat-boxing) and his turntables (scratching, drumming, beat-juggling, tone manipulating). He has won numerous DJ titles including the South African DMC in 2007 and competed in the world DMC finals in London placing 13th in the world rankings.
